These are run by a practice nurse for people aged 35 years old and above who have had, or who at high risk of vascular disease (angina, a heart attack, a stroke, blockage of leg arteries or related illnesses). Patients receive a basic examination, some tests & advice on how to reduce their risk of further vascular disease. Patients are seen once a year by invitation.
